Stephanie is great! I never had a wax before and I’m not on my third visit. Sometimes, hairs are missed, but I’m becoming more comfortable speaking up and improving my experience. Otherwise, it’s been wonderful!

I went to Serenity for the first time and she did an amazing job!!! Not only is she knowledgeable, but very nice, and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely book with her again.

Serenity has definitely been a peace of mind for me. Getting waxed isn't a pleasant experience by any means I don't care what anyone says but having someone patient and professional quickly getting you through the apppintment without ongoing pain and feeling like you left pieces of your body on the table is a blessing. Serenity is my girl and the appointment process at European wax center is easy and accommodating.
