- Out of the 3 prices we had, NES was the best price.
- I had A LOT of questions in the attempt to make an informed decision. Shane answered all of them for me, even the ones he had to get more information on. Other vendors seemed to get frustrated answering the same questions.
- They took delivery of it, checked the unit to make sure everything was correct, then repacked it for us to pick up. They answered more questions when we picked it up.

“We had a leak from our 43 year old HVAC system that took me awhile to notice. While there wasn’t inches of water, it was enough to soak a portion of the carpeting in my basement. I called Servpro and within a few hours, they had a remediation team at my door. Asim & Claudio vacuumed up the moisture, cut back carpeting, removed padding, and placed humidifiers and fans to dry up the rest. They returned again, this time it was Asim & Chelly, and they cut out some Sheet Rock and took out the remaining carpet, padding, and tackless. They disinfected the area and swept and vacuumed the area. They also placed a plastic barrier in my upstairs living area before pulling up the carpet on the stairs to help keep the dust down. Excellent job and now I am looking forward to working with the Construction crew. Expecting the same excellent service.“
