Maintenance One - Office Cleaning & Janitorial Services

Aaron and his crew at Maintenance One are fantastic! They worked a 1,000+ person event across 3 buildings with only 5 people! A massive upgrade from our previously used company who asked for the double the amount of people, and a lot more money. Window cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, anything we needed! Aaron especially is great to work with: common sense and critical thinking skills are hard to come by in 2026, and he needed little direction to know exactly what we were looking for. Very happy to have a new go-to company for all of our events in the future.

I manage the offices at ClimateHaven, and Maintenance One has been an excellent cleaning partner for our office. Their team is reliable, thorough, and consistently professional, and they do a great job keeping our space clean and welcoming. Communication is easy and responsive, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and dependability, and we’re very happy to continue working with them. Highly recommend.
