Overall I had a great experience with Alcraft. From the sales/accounting dept to management to the contractor everyone had a professional demeanor yet at the same time made our meetings feel personable and non-intimidating! Mike was quick in responding to all my texts and calls. He will always respond. Rather good news or bad (if delay of any product for any reason) he will notify you Asap! Having a closed in balcony done, and deck, and porch was one of the biggest projects done on our home ever. I was so nervous, but, Mr Carrol, who performed the job certainly made it worth the wait! I am beyond ecstatic and so very happy and pleased! I highly recommend!

This is the second time I've used this company. A few years ago I used them for my roof and they did an excellent job, so when the opportunity came knocking once again I used them to do my deck. I have to applaud the workman Carroll who single handily did an amazing job.Despite the weather and some frigid temperatures he executed the job in a neat and timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for good work and lifetime warranties.

During the past 7 years I have had the pleasure of doing business with The Alcraft Company. Complete attic renovation. This summer and fall these items were done-Gazebo/railings on the front porch area/basement door/basement windows plywood and vinyl placement. I want to give a huge shout out to Carroll ☺️ He's the man with the master plan. He gets the job done in ample time. Thank you Mike ,Sal,Carroll and crew.☺️
