I woke up early with a terrible eye infection, headed over to urgent care in East Lyme. I can't say enough good things about this place! from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner Alyssa, they were professional and kind. they got me in right away, handled everything swiftly and Alyssa did a thorough exam. by the time I left, my eye felt so much better. this place is great and the staff is amazing!!! I can't say thanks enough to all the women that work there. you are amazing!!!
Today we checked in to the East Lyme branch and were helped immediately. Veronica st the front desk was beyond wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me with my new insurance, and to make sure we called the prescriptions in to the right pharmacy, as most were closed with the Fourth of July holiday. Veronica you were amazing! Thank you!
Frankly I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. They helped me with a major issue I had this week getting my sons medication when the Emergency room he was seen at would do nothing for me. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor who jumped in to do what was right and get my son the help he needed for his illness. I had prior had an amazing experience there but this was above and beyond and I just want to say thank you to every one in this office. We will choose them first from now on when needing a walk in visit. Highly recommend!!!
