It was my first time at Grota Solna and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was neat, cozy, relaxing, and very aesthetically pleasing. I happened to be the only person who booked at my specific time so I was able to enjoy the salt cave alone. There was meditation music, a running waterfall, and lovely dim lights. I don’t have problems with my sinuses or anything yet I still left feeling like I could breathe so much better. I will certainly be back and already told my friends about it. Thank you, Grota Solna!

We traveled 7 hours to experience this amazing relaxing salt cave. The owner was so welcoming. We arrived early and were provided comfy slippers, eye massagers, and cozy blankets. The zero gravity chairs were relaxing and the salt mist was cleansing. While in the salt cave I asked my spirit guides and angels to help heal me from some physical ailments. Everything was positive, pristine and clean. The products in the bathroom were also sold in the gift shop which is a brilliant idea. We had a wonderful time @grotasolna. I will make the trip again for this awesome experience. Thank You so much ❤️ Highly Recommend

Just had a session for 2, and we both were impressed with the soothing environment from the lighting to the music and cozy blankets and slippers. Perfect space to unwind, meditate, regroup or indulge in some quiet, peaceful time. We both came out of the session relaxed and stress-free. We will definitely be back!
