Called to get plants tagged for pickup. John said “ I don’t have time for that, can you just come tag them yourself”. As a paying customer, I’d expect at the very least a more professional response. If you don’t have time to assist the customers who support the business, then you are not an asset. Extremely disappointed.

BAD …BAD….BAD…SCUMBAGS

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 YEARS SPENDING OVER $225,000. DURING MOST OF THAT TIME… THE FATHER… CHUCK… RAN THE COMPANY. NO PROBLEM
WHEN DARYL TOOK OVER, HE WAS NEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS IMPROPERLY SHIPPED TO CUSTOMERS. MY AVERAGE ORDER WAS 10,000.00. HE DID NOTHING. HE WOULD NOT EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS
YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE LIKE THAT…. THAT IS YOUR DECISION
