I had such a wonderful experience here today. I was seen early when I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. I saw Dr. Guglielmo and she was thorough and friendly. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful in explaining my insurance benefits to me and helping me find a frame within my budget and that would meet my needs.We are new to Newtown and have been in the process of trying to find a local optometrist. I was treated rudely by several other places in Newtown who told me I had terrible insurance and would have no luck finding anyone who would accept it. I feel so happy that I found this office! I will be recommending others to this location. Thank you!

I just wanted to say thank you for the professionalism that MyEyeDr. Showed me and the excellent care the Dr. Provided for me I spent a week with pain in my right eye and I thought it was pink eye because of how red my eye was come to find out I had something Lodged in my eye lol thank you so much for getting rid of the pain I was in. On a snowy morning, I was warmly greeted by the office staff member, completed my paperwork and was taken in for the preliminary tests for my annual exam in a timely fashion. I was informed every step of the way of each test.Then the Doctor took her time checking every aspect of my eyes with recommendations for my good eye health.There was an issue on my end with my insurance. I was professionally assisted and directed. The situation was resolved.I highly recommend the Newtown office of MyEyeDr staff, facility and overall experience. I will return for my next annual visit.
