My son and I have been going to Hero Barber for over 15 years. The service and quality has always been exceptional. It been a tradition that my son and i look forward to. My son goes to Kenny who dilegent in his service and my son has formed a nice bond with him. I go to Jason but to be honest they all seem to be trained very well as I have recieved a haircut from almost everyone and I have always been satisfied. My son will be 20 tbis summer and we both look forward to continuing going to Hero Barber Shop. Thanks for the many wonderful memories.

I tried this barbershop out and I was absolutely disappointed. The haircut took over an HOUR AND A HALF and it looked terrible. They really dont know what they are doing here and have new people that are clueless. Would not recommend!

I saw Allie today and she did a fantastic job. And making an appointment was easy. I got exactly what I was looking to get done. I definitely will be returning

I had Kenny, I asked for a mod cut, leave 4-5 inches on the top, 2-3 on the sides and back, he cut EVERYTHING off, i would've stopped him if he didn't have me turned away from the mirror, the only reason I'm even giving a star was because he was nice

I legitimately think my barber was high while cutting my hair. He left the hair of one side of my head much longer than the other and left hair at different weird lengths at spots all around my head, plus dropped his tools multiple times throughout the haircut. I didn’t notice quite how bad the haircut was until I got home and when I contacted them about this they never responded.
So I was left with a haircut that I had to get fixed somewhere else and 0 customer service

I asked for a 12 guard buzz they didn’t have it , the they said they only hade 8 guard I said ok I said it’s going to be a lot shorter and this guy said let me cook and before I did the buzz I asked for a fade before it and he couldn’t do that , and I asked for a low taper and he gave me a really bad taper

So grateful that they were able to take in a walk-in and very decent place… the Fade was good. peroo they messed up my papitos edges … The edges was thinner on one side… Good thing he’s so handsome and is looked at more in the eyes and lips then his hairline peroo he was DRY SHAVED. Jaime step up your game mijo. You got potencial. Pero DRY SHAVE?!! That’s a nono.

Jamie did a great job on my haircut probably the best I’ve ever had. He’s extremely detail-oriented . His station was spotless, and you can tell he takes cleanliness and sanitation seriously. Everything was organized and professional. Highly recommend! Ill Definitely be back

Kenny’s the best barber I’ve been to :) Always keeps my cut and beard fresh—sharp and clean every time. He makes me feel comfortable, which means a lot since I’m not usually at ease around a lot of guys. He’s chill asf and knows what he’s doing. Pricing is cheap. Highly recommend!
