Theresa! Where do I begin. For starters, my first time getting electrolysis done was about a year ago. She guided me with all the information I needed before working on me and she also made sure I was 1,000% comfortable. Her office is very neat, clean and sanitary. Not that it is anyone’s business but I started going in the midst of the pandemic and NEVER had any issues. It’s personal, one and one and Theresa makes sure to wear a mask with all clients. She is very professional and does incredible work for your permanent hair removal. Check her out if you’re in town!

Theresa is not vaccinated and did not tell me that until my 2nd appointment was almost over. She only wears a mask for close up work, otherwise no mask. She has a responsibility to inform her customers that she is unvaccinated and she has a responsibility to wear a mask because she is unvaccinated. She shared some beliefs with me about the virus and the vaccine that are not based in fact. I definitely will not be going back.

(Original Very caring patient and skilled. Rates reasonable. Recommended.) UPDATE: No longer a client. I became uncomfortable when she started trying to sell me pyramid scheme products. I live elsewhere now and see what a true professional does. I also was unhappy at being told how great Trump is while poking my face with hot electric needles. I think her work was OK, but I would not go back if I still lived there. I felt unsafe in the end.

I have been an client for over three years. I was new to electrology, but after meeting with Theresa was reassured of the process. She is very personable and puts you at ease.I have taken care of my chin, eyebrows and bikini line.
