Very sad to have to post this. Dr. Brody was double-paid for multiple visits - my insurance and I both paid him, yet after months and multiple requests for a refund of my overpayments, I am still waiting. I am also still waiting for an answer on what prescription I need following a positive test result. Finally, I am still waiting for an answer as to why I was overcharged for nearly every visit (always 10-20 minutes above the actual time, resulting in hundreds of dollars more and not being in compliance with the "no surprises billing act."

I was really excited to finally find a doctor who could help. I did all the testing and had a plan and then the office completely ghosted me - no reply to emails or portal messages and no one answers the phone. Now I’m concerned this place is a scam and they have all my medical information. Really poor business management as now I’ll have to find a new dr after going through all the testing.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with him or his office. Very hard to make appointments, doesn't take my insurance, doesn't respond to calls or emails. I had three visits with Dr, Brody. My doctors office requested the tests since the insurance company would pay for them this way. Each time he wanted me to have the tests retaken and added a few. WE never got into what would help me as far as diet, restrictions, etc. The last visit I couldnt do in person visit due to someone in his office having covid. We did a short zoom call in which he again said he wanted me to retake tests that my GI doc would not order again, saying there would be no change. I get emails suggesting I buy their vitamins but no return calls or emails to my questions. He charged $160.00 for the short zoom visit and we discussed nothing to do with my problem. I called and spoke to his admin Vinny and he said that's what I had to pay and took it out of my bank. I keep leaving messages to obtain a copy of my notes from the visits and a copy of a paid receipt from the zoom call for my insurance and they never respond. He was recommended from two friends so I am so very disappointed.
