From the woman at the front desk expertly checking me in…to the young tech that reviewed my eye history and did expansive testing…to the bright and thorough eye doctor, S. Masna and magnanimous dispensary employee, Corie…knowledgeable and kind…my experience was epic!!

My husband and I have been going to Total Vision for years. Great customer service from the person that manages insurance and check in to the tech performing the tests. Dr Romano is top notch. Sweet and smart and explains everything. Great choice of glasses too for when you are done. I highly recommend them.

I learned about Dr. Regina Strand while researching local low-vision doctors. I have macular holes in both eyes and used bioptic glasses fourteen years ago. Recently, I read about new eyeglass options, so I went to see her.
She was thorough and attentive. I admired that she was serving on a state board to determine rules for the use of bioptics in CT, which had just been legalized for use while driving. We discussed the new options and she said she could purchase a demonstration kit from one of the companies for a small charge. I was distracted by life and didn’t pursue it.
