We live about 40 minutes from the office, however we choose to make the trip because of the incredible care Dr Reidel and team provides. Dr Reidel takes the time to make us feel seen and heard and does a great job explaining things to us as well as talking to our child. We appreciate him and his expertise. The team always makes us feel welcomed when we come, I highly recommend the practice.
Dr Reidel is amazing with my kids. He speaks to them directly and makes them feel very important and involved with their appointment. All the providers do this at Vernon Peds, but he is extra good at it! I appreciate this approach, as it seems to decrease the nerves that my kids have for the drs appointments.
Dr. Reidel is a really great addition to the practice. He spoke directly to my daughter and really spoke to both medical and non-medical issues that affect teenagers. I liked him a lot.
