i had come down to see about getting my gps updated and i had spoken to carl and he had said that he couldn't do it on his phone and he would go and see if he could find out on his computer my wife and i were sitting in our car for some time and heard nothing from him at all, then my wife went in side to see what the hold up was and he had told her to give him a call tomorrow, i had called him and i had gotten a message when i had called that the number that you have dialed is not in service at this time, please check the number and try your call again, at this point i was not really happy at all, then whikle he was trying with my phone in my car to get my gps to update,...read full review
