I have worked with a countless number of contractors over the years and am happy to say I finally found one that does exactly what he says he is gonna do. Pricing was fair and in line with what I was expecting to pay. However, after seeing the care to detail, the way he cleaned and left the site, and the little extra I asked him to do while he had his equipment on the property I can easily say we got the better end of the deal price-wise. And honestly Sean was just a good dude. Lots of communication, texts/pictures, and following up. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend
