Great Clips - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Went to this location in the beginning of June 2019 & Vannesa was very polite & professional. Great quality haircut in a pretty quick timeframe. Was in & out in 20 minutes with one of the best haircuts I ever received. I called on July 5th 2019 & asked if Vanessa was working to schedule another haircut & was told she is no longer with the Newington Great Clips salon. I asked if Vanessa went to work at a different Great Clips & was told "I dont know where she went" Disappointing though if she did transfer to another Great Clips. Can someone please share that with me if that isnt against your company policy. I went to Supercuts & when I walked in the door I was ignored & told that they were too busy come back later. There was.only one other customer that I can see in the salon & he was waiting. I never had that experience at Great Clips. Greeted professionally & properly 100% of the time. Though Vanessa went above & beyond 100%

When this place first opened they had the cheapest haircuts. They were the first to introduce a web/mobile app check in process which is a huge timesaver. The only bad thing is that coupons are not easy to come by. They should be made available to mobile app users. I've never seen them in the local papers

Quick service. Great value. The hairdressers in these chains are truly undervalued. There's no reason to take my son to an overpriced salon or barbershop, when I can take him to Great Clips and get the same haircut for less. He still leaves the salon looking great and gets a lollipop too! We decided to change his haircut halfway through and the hairdresser was able to work with us. I was truly satisfied with our most recent trip.
