We used Birch Hill last year and was very happy with their work! Communication with Vanessa and the team was always easy and the crew did a fantastic job. We made a decision (stupid) to switch to a landscaper that offers snow removal this past season (we are outside BH's service area) and was unsatisfied with the results. I called Birch Hill asking if they could take us back for the rest of the season. They are here now and I am reminded of how meticulous they are. Thank you for taking us back! :)
Excellent work by the team. Management is easy to communicate with, proposals and correspondence handled in a timely manner, and the work done by the landscaping team is beautiful. They have done spring cleanups, mulching, edging, and pruning. Their team is professional, efficient, and friendly. We will continue to go to Birch Hill for expanded needs.
Birch Hill did an amazing job constructing our new, bilevel patio and fire pit. They're communicative and easy to work with. The crew's attention to detail was outstanding! Highly recommend.
