My toilet was make noise, they came out and said I needed a new fill valve. The part was $35 and he wanted $220 to install. I felt it was too high. He said he will call the office to see if he can get it lower. Which he did. He tells the guy, the customer thinks the price is too high can we do any better? I hear him on the phone and says "**** him, tell him to go f*** himself and get the f*** out of there". He hangs up and looks at me and I said I heard, have a nice day.

I live in CT, in the town that AAA services. My pipes broke and anxiously I’m extremely stressed.I called AAA first for their services, thinking they had great yelp reviews and seemed professional. A man on phone wouldn’t even consider my question because of my area code. I listened to him say it. He heard me try to explain my issue and that I live in CT, just came from out of state.... then he hung up on me.Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this service to any body and will tell everyone about it. He was very rude and I shouldn’t have to deal with that when I’m stressed and worried.

Called this company to come out and give me a price on work at a house I own, they set up an appointment and then didnt show up or call to say they werent going to make it, when I called them the next day they said that worker had a bad day and that they would be over to my house when they were done with a job. Again they did not show up or call to say they werent coming and then they stopped answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
