E Garrity is the best! I’ve been using them for 6 years now and they’re always quick to respond and willing to help. I’m even in the process of buying a new home and they’ve been so helpful in discussing and advising me on certain considerations. They have very knowledgeable staff and I also believe them to be fairly priced. Highly recommend
Super happy with the service from Garrity. I had them replace my well pump and it came in under the expected budget. It was a big job as the well is buried underneath my gravel driveway and hadn't been touched in decades. But Ben and Doug did an amazing job getting it dug up and replaced. Customer service was spot on. They showed up on time and the whole job took less than four hours. Plus they showed me some things to do to keep the whole system running well on my own. I really appreciated that. Will definitely keep coming back.
E. Garrity water solutions were amazing!! I clear them after hours after my water suddenly stopped working. The emergency rep took the time to talk us through trouble shooting steps to turn our water pump back on. After that didn’t work. They called the boss, and since the boss was the closest to the house, he came and fixed it in a few moments! Not just the boss, but the OWNER! Now that’s customer service! Thank you so much for your help you saved us as we are new homeowners and we’re freaking out, thank you again!!
