My friends and I went to Harmony Yoga for a single private class as part of a package with Bella Alpaca, Judy's local B&B. Her teaching style was fabulous; she was more than able to teach 9 individuals with 9 different levels of mastery and knowledge. We felt comfortable with her within moments of entering the classroom, and accomplished yoga positions that we didn't know we were capable of by the end of our 1 hour class! Wonderful teacher, and very cozy classroom. Would go again (if we lived closer!)
