Excellent service and expertise. I had another company came to see the opening of the siding and was told that was caused by bats and gave me an estimate of $1,000. Dylan came over and saw the opening and immediately told me that this was not caused by bats and was simply a natural wear and needs to be fixed by siding company. I had the original siding company came and fixed and saved $1,000! I highly recommend Dylan at American Bio-Tech to whoever is suffering from wild animals. Very experienced specialist.
