I am very new to the Waterhouse Salon, in fact, last week it was only my second visit to get my hair cut and colored. The experience was absolutely wonderful from the greeting that everyone receives to the cleanliness of the salon. The quality of work and the happiness that I witnessed is astounding - really a step back into another time. Prices are reasonable and everyone puts out extra effort. Very impressive place.
It's always a great experience at Waterhouse Salon! Friendly, warm environment that celebrates its community with original art and photography illustrating the history of New London. Outstanding staff that welcomes you, and makes you feel right at home. The technicians are truly great at what they do. Always getting compliments on my haircut. Bravo to all!
