As always they responded quickly and took care of the issue immediately. The representative was friendly, helpful and knowledge about the situation. They shared their knowledge of the issue which is immensely helpful.

Waltham has been a great added service to my home. I love getting the reminder call as to when they are coming to my home then Joe DiMaggio the technician is wonderful! He is thoughtful and thorough and always reminds me that I have the entire home package and they will come back if I have any issues with insects, rodents and bees! My dog also loves how kind and calm Joe is!

Update 2: billie amazing! She communities well and is prompt. She did her search while I hovered over her ? she expressed no concerns regarding bed bugs. She gave me the option to reach out to her about any future bugs I find if I’m nervous. I understand the miscommunication regarding my first review due to where I live! *still might get the dog because I’m nuts ? but Billie said she would sleep in the room so I’m confident now*
