My daughter was extremely anxious about driving and was even nervous to begin her in-person lessons. From her very first lesson with Doug, she felt comfortable and at ease. We saw such a noticeable improvement not only in her driving skills, but especially in her confidence behind the wheel.
Doug was patient, encouraging, and clearly has a gift for working with new drivers. We were lucky enough to have him for 3 of Savannah’s 4 lessons, and I’m so grateful we did.

Doug Patterson is the nicest guy you will ever meet in the business. He is a great teacher, mentor, and amazing to have a conversation with. I will always remember Doug and what he did to help me prepare for my license test!
Doug in the New London office was by far the best instructor I’ve had and today was my first day, he is so patient and is filled with joy, he is so big on safety which made me even more confident that I can do it. If I were to suggest a place it would be New London Next Street for sure :)
