I love going there because they take care of me real well I had very serious psoriasis I was covered and I was in shock and she took care of it my insurance and got me skyrizzy and all the paperwork she went out of her way about the Miller is great and her staff very kind and caring I will never change to another doctor sincerely Lisa h o l d e n thank you

I waited for over an hour to see the Dr. They said I was forgotten with lunch break shifts…? But more atrociously, they sent me to collections for a copay that was already paid! I’m currently stuck in the cycle of office, head office, creditor office hell to resolve what shouldn’t be. This place is woefully unorganized. Drs were great once I was actually seen. I’ll never be back.

Waited over an hour to see the dr.
While she was great, that's where it ended.
Prescriptions weren't called in, had to call twice.
We talked about 3 medications during the visit, only two were called in. 3rd one wasn't even in the notes. And when I called to have them talk to the DR to get it called in, they refused, were laughing on the phone and said I'll have to wait till the Drs in sometime next week.
If this was a med I absolutely needed I'd be screwed.
Stay away. And go to someone who's thorough and cares.

I take my mom to Schweiger Dermatology in New London Ct. My mom turned 100 years old on 8/18 and the entire office was thoughtful enough to call her and sing happy birthday to her. It was nice to see how much the office cares for their patients. She always feels special when she goes there. Thank you.

This has to be one of the best, most professional offices, I have ever visited. Super friendly and caring staff. I never give reviews but this practice deserves recognition. Outstanding costumer satisfaction...!!!

The phone staff borderline harass you. I booked a 6:40 appointment on purpose because I work until 5 and I am an hour drive away. While at work, I received a voicemail from the staff around 1pm explaining that they were in the process of moving offices and they wanted to know if i could come in a little earlier for my appointment. The voicemail specifically said that it was okay if I could not come in early and that they would see me at 6:40. As I was working, I could not call them back but they proceeded to call me SEVEN times in the span of a few hours while I was working and while I was driving the hour it takes me to get to the office. Some of these calls were only a few minutes apart. I’m including screenshots with time stamps. Aside from basically harassing me all day, the staff were not respectful of my preferred name that I inputted into their forms and the provider actually called me by a name that was similar to but not my legal name so I can only assume she didn’t really look at my chart before coming in. Overall, just a really annoying experience.
