Any time I had questions or concerns, Carolyn contacted me in a timely manner and always worked to help address my acne problem. Whenever I brought up my worries about my acne problem and treatment plan, she always took the time to reassure me and talk me through my questions. NP Carolyn Fetchel is a very kind and considerate provider, while also very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to talk to someone that truly cares about solving your medical issues.
