Great customer service, very knowledgeable employees. Will go back again! I have never had my hair braided until now. I had no idea what I needed and what to get. The employee directed me to all the options I had to put in my hair. She was patient and kind as I asked a ton of question until I picked my synthetic hair out. I can't tell you how awesome the staff was when I went back to the store after my hair was braided. They directed me on the product I wanted and also for some other miscellaneous items. They took the time to help me and show me my options. Best shop around!

Bought a hair dryer but was not working, went back to exchange it and the guy got angry(very disrespectful and started cusing me out) refused to exchange it. He wanted me to take it back after he dropped it. Very dissapointed cause I've been a Customer since they were next to bank of America.

I'm active military and in town for work and needed some hair items. I saw the prior negative review and thought I'm just grabbing a few items - how bad can it be? I should have steered clear as my experience was similar to the other review. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him when I asked a question. My recommendation is to save your money and shop elsewhere. Never shops at a place where you are disrespected!
