Visitors can book a full spa day that includes a 3-minute cryotherapy session, 1-hour float, 1-hour massage, and 1-hour sauna session. The massages by the staff are described as "otherworldly" and able to release every knot in the body. Customers feel that the staff ensures they are comfortable and hydrated throughout their visit. Visitors have had "life-altering experiences" during the 90-minute float sessions, finding them to be more relaxing than any massage. My first time floating and I am a believer! I feel incredible. My back and joints feel like 25+ years of being a nurse are relieved! I fell asleep in the float tank and was completely transported to a world of relaxation I did not think I could get into! My best advice is trust the process, let yourself go and enjoy. As nurses, we take care of others before ourselves. Invest in yourself. Try the float and you won’t be disappointed!
