They are consistently kind, thorough, and patient, and they go above and beyond to make sure we understand assessments, next steps, and follow up when needed. We’ve always felt very well cared for here.
This medical practice is amazing. Our boys have been going here since birth. We always see the wonder Dr. Dyan Griffin. I feel like I am meeting with an old friend at our appointments. She knows the kids and remembers all of their details. She has the best advice and always listens carefully to our concerns. The other doctors are great too. I also think their medical staff is well trained and professional. And I love it how they refer to me as "mom". Because to our kids- that's what we are. A++++ They deserve 10 stars.
From one healthcare professional to another - this office is absolutely wonderful in every way. My daughter sees Dr. Germain and I feel lucky to have him take care of her - he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. All of the doctors and staff are great, plus they have weekend hours and are easily reachable on call at any time, even in the middle of the night once when we had to bring my daughter to the hospital. The doctors do rounds at Yale as well, and after my daughter was born a doctor from this office visited to check on her daily.
