My partner and I are buying a home in Weston, CT. From my first initial call with Mark for a quote, they were professional, kind and knowledgeable. We live in NYC, so this is our first official "home" purchase. Jesse, our inspector, arrived early to meet our real estate broker. When we arrived, he walked us through the property, pointing out all immediate concerns in real time, and explained it in easy, understandable terms. We are buying an antique home, and Jesse had incredible knowledge about the history and craftsmanship of homes from this era. He was able to answer all of our questions We feel incredibly grateful for their inspection, and Jesse's wisdom and their professionalism through the entire process. We highly recommend to anyone in the Fairfield County area!
Holy cow! This is my first home purchase so I have nothing to compare them to, but from my inexperienced first impressions, they were incredible!!!! My realtor (20 years in the business) was there too and he was so impressed he’s going to be using them for an inspection later this week. 3 people showed up (early too and after a call to see if early was ok) and my oh my were they efficient and professional. Someone on the roof, someone outside, another in the basement, then switching to other areas. Not only did they go over the report at the end of the inspection, but they brought areas of the house and concern to my attention as they came to them and explained everything about how they are, how they work, what they should be like, etc. I got an incredibly detailed report printed out and emailed at the end of the inspection. There was no waiting a couple days like other inspectors. The report was broken down into major repairs (over $1000), health and safety issues, maintenance issues, and a couple other categories. They will come out for a final walk through free of charge, the office has recommended companies to fix things they come up in the report, and if someone comes out and starts saying a repair they didn’t find exists or will be $$$$ they will come out again. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Ever.
They are my absolute go-to team for inspections. I trust them completely and they are helpful with suggestions and recommendations when an issue arises! Great people, that know what they’re doing! I’m most comfortable when they’re running my inspections!!!
