I called in an order for delivery and although they couldn't create the exact table arrangement I wanted (they had run out of a specific color of roses during a busy weekend) they offered to make the same arrangement in another color that I preferred and the result turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process swiftly and was very nice. Delivery estimate arrived right on time and made for a wonderful gift to a friend living in New Haven.
