Rude lady I'm a rich women and i had to use the ladies room and she denied in a very rude way and I said that I wanted my haircut too and I was gonna make an appointment she wouldn't even let me talk
When I stepped in this hair salon earlier to ask the woman (who I assume is Fiana) to see if I can use the bathroom, she told me no in a rude tone. This made me a little mad so I will no longer be stepping foot into this shop ever again.
