My family and I have seen Dr. John as needed over the years. He is fantastic and not one of those chiropractors who ropes you into weekly appointments for life nor does he try to sell things. He adjusts what needs attention and lets us go until we next need a tune up. I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders, not only does he do adjustments but gives additional advice on stretching and massaging. When I brought my mother in he insisted that she get an x-ray before he treat her because of the specifics of her pain. He wouldn't treat her until she had gotten those x-rays which he correctly predicted would result in a knee replacement. We trust him and I go a few times...read full review

Hands down the best office ever. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is like family and treats you as so. The sweetest front desk ever workers and dr cianciolo as well. Always very accommodating and warm when you visit and feels more like seeing old friends than a doctors office. The entire staff is caring and experts at what they do. The entire staff here is incredibly wonderful with children as well. whenever I’ve had to bring my son along for my visits they always make him smile and treat them as their own. I could not think of one bad thing to say, if you need a chiropractor go here!!!

This should be a one word review AWESOMEDr. John and his staff are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. This is the best chiropractor in New Haven hands down.
