Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. In making an appointment she asked for "security because that time could be used for another client. I gave her my word I would be there. When I arrived, I wasn't acknowledged. To make matters worse I sat there for about 30 mins only to find I had to wait for another customer to be waited on. The respectful thing to do was to send me a text informing me that she was behind schedule. This shows the need for her to be respected but unwilling to give respect. What a waste of my time. ?
