We can in at the very last minute and extremely desperate to be seen and treated… without hesitation the staff was concerned, helpful and accommodating… my uncle is 90yrs old and experiencing excruciating pain from having teeth needing attention… we showed up at 11am and was given an immediate appointment and seen at 1:30pm… at no time was my uncle unattended or unaware of what was going on… Dr. Lerch and the ENTIRE STAFF at Orange Street Smiles are ATTENTIVE, AMAZING and AWESOME… they’ve displayed EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE…
Went to see Dr Lerch from a referral due to wanting a second opinion about a root canal. Dr Lerch and her staff are excellent! She was able to address the issue of my tooth without needing a root canal! Hands down getting a second opinion wasone of the best decisions I ever made! The experience, expertise, and customer service is superb!
First visit was AMAZING! Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is VERY clean and VERY peaceful and inviting! I DEFINITELY recommend. If you have a problem with being afraid of the dentist, I PROMISE you won’t have that feeling here. Feels like home! 🥰
