I totally agree with the other reviews about the way the machines don't work and the owner Karen Turcio doesn't want to refund anyone's money. Supposedly your asked to contact her, since we've been using this laundromat for over 7 years I would think we wouldn't have had a problem but what she said this morning was I'm tired of these people around here. What's that supposed to mean? You're tired of your customers? We used a $4.00 machine that didn't work the clothes weren't even saturated with water, we then had to spend $7.25 to rewash them because that was the only available machine. The owner is irresponsible and rude. The new machines don't work correctly and they have no time to come help no one is here to help they say call and then attitude the owner.. they treat everyone as if we are all druggies bc if the area. I will not come back mind you I've been using this place since it opened I guess new owner... Not very nice u don't need my money.. u think u to good ..

Karen is a thief not only did I see her on more than one occasion short customer's orders and hope they didn't realize it but she never paid me properly she had me working overtime and never provided my overtime pay she did me out of a lot of money and then had the nerve to try to turn things around on me at the ends the place is going downhill its dirty everything's always broken its unmanned so you never know who's in there
