Filed my taxes late without informing he was going to do so. I was charged $600 late fee from the IRS. He refuses to provide me with the completed documents or answer any phone calls.

Oh my God I can’t believe it today is 14 April and I did my Taxes’s with john February 6 and I’m calling John every day and I can’t get him my daughter have to renew her application for college and we never hear back from John I can’t believe this is really bad I don’t know if he finish my tax or not I don’t know what’s going on he’s not picking up his phone

John Cannon is very unprofessional. He over charges he doesn't answer phone calls or emails. I did not receive a copy of my return nor the amount in which I'm supposed to get back. I went to his office 2/15/24 and to date 4/29/24 I have not received my return
