As a construction management company having reliable counterparts is huge. We have been using All American Waste on our projects for over 15 years. The office staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. Equipment is always delivered on time and as discussed when ordering. The ease of scheduling dumpster swaps, and pick ups is also simple. Prices are good and their billing/invoicing is extremely easy to use. Having panicked that my very full recycling was not picked up due to misunderstanding as to when to put it out, I contacted the company and was assisted by a very polite, professional person.
As she promised it was picked up the following day, even though we had a significant snowfall. They even texted me to be sure it was picked up.

All American Waste recently acquired the company that took care of my weekly garbage collection. I spoke to Samantha (Brown), the friendly customer service rep, to set up automated billing. In addition to doing this, Samantha agreed to confirm that my monthly charges were competitive. I had low expectations of ever receiving a response ... but I could not have been more wrong. Samantha contacted me and offered a price reduction. I could not have been more thrilled. Also, to my delight, All American Waste are retaining the same collector, Francisco, whom I first met as a young man.
