An evaluation was supposed to take place Saturday morning at my father’s house. Nobody contacted either him or myself. No way to reach a live representative. I’d appreciate it if someone can contact me regarding this issue.

I am a disabled senior citizen with two comorbidities (heart and lung disease) This company only provides limited/light house keeping. Their workers do not wash dishes (fork/plate) in sink. They also do not sweep floors. I am allowed two visits a week at 5 hours per visit. Their workers usually clean 1/2–1 hour per visit. The rest of the hours they spend sitting on my couch playing with their cell phones. I created a cleaning list covering my complete 3 room apartment. I asked that they only clean one room per visit as well as empty the trash and get the mail so as not to put too much on them at a time.
