Sama is amazing! A good friend entered me into a contest and I won a free month of classes - what a gift, and at the perfect time. I'd been wanting to commit to yoga for years but always felt intimidated by it, nervous about the studio and not knowing anything, etc. This free month was the push I needed to get over that...and boy did I quickly realize how unnecessary my concerns were. This place is so warm, welcoming and just all-around comfortable. I'm 8 classes in and feel excited to go each time, am seeing progress in my body/ability, have connected with lovely people, and perhaps most importantly - feel like I belong there. I am so grateful for this beautiful space, incredible community, and the leadership of Rebekah! I've never been to a more welcoming and intentional studio, nor one that provides as much nourishment for body and mind as Sama. Regardless of your experience with yoga (even if you have no experience at all!), you are welcome here.

I really enjoy the warm and positive atmosphere at Sama! The classes and the instructors are genuine and knowledgeable. The energy they bring to each class really sets you up for a great practice! Whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned "vinyasa-vet", Sama will meet you at your level with compassion and support to help you grow!
