Joining Anna Kaiser Studios soon after moving to New Canaan was the best decision! The community was so welcoming and energetic. The instructors are top notch and bring palpable enthusiasm and thoughtful expertise to each class. Everyday I look forward to walking into the studio whether it be dancing, sculpting or step class knowing that I’m getting the best workout surrounded by supportive people who I now call friends.

The word OBSESSED is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about Anna Kaiser classes. I grew up as a dancer, and although you don’t have to be a dancer to take these classes, they bring me so much joy and take me back to a life I once had. I cannot recommend these classes more. All of the women at the New Canaan studio are welcoming and so nice, and the teachers are the best! They give off such great energy and make the classes so much fun!

I have gone to Anna Kaiser Studios about 4 times a week for the past 8 years. It is my favorite workout! There are varied classes for every level of fitness and the vibe is very inclusive! I leave on a high every time I go!
