I had a 12:30 PM appointment for a haircut and beard trim and arrived early, around 12:20 PM. Because I was driving a larger vehicle, I called multiple times to ask where I should park, since it needed more space than a normal car and I didn’t want to risk being towed.
After six calls between the barber’s phone and the front desk, someone finally answered and was immediately rude and dismissive instead of helping. At that point, I decided to leave and cancel my appointment because the customer service was poor and I wasn’t going to deal with attitude just to get parked safely.

Sat and waited 2 hours.
No one talked or checked in, when sitting there I was just stared at. Once a barber was done with a haircut they just went and disappeared to the back until there was only 1 barber left!
Blatantly ignored and will never return or recommend this place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! AVOID this place by all means necessary!!!!!
Made an appointment for my son at 1:15 and didn't get in the chair til 2:30!!!!!! On top of NOT getting the haircut I asked for the next day my son started breaking out all over his hairline which only happens from DIRTY CLIPPERS!!!! Disgraceful seemed they were too worried about drinking, smoking, and thinking they were at a bar/club in the hood rather than running an established business!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
