My dishwasher suddenly stopped filling with water (error code, no water entering the tub, total shutdown). I called Discotto Appliance, and Rich, the owner, came out himself the next day. Rich Discotto has been here for three calls. He repaired our fridge the first time. Had to replace the control panel. He came with the part and quickly replaced it and had us working. Second was our dishwasher. We thought the control panel. He had it, but found it was a broken wire. Recently, the heater/pump failed based on error code. First time, he also noted a leaking part. So he returned two days later with both parts.
He is friendly. He is very quick. And he really knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
