the man who owns Bristol Vacuum is so nice. i have been going to him for all my vacuum needs, when I was cleaning offices i bought two vacuums from him. he can repair anything and he does repair sewing machines as well. I moved out of CT for about seven years but moved back to Bristol (my husband died unexpectedly). i needed some vacuum bags and rather then order them online I went to Bristol vacuum and got them. when I walked in Karl the owner came out of the back room and was moving slowly and I asked are you okay, he said yes and told me he was recovering from a stroke. Excellent!! Such a nice , patient, informative man, need to get his name ! Explained all the simpler, possible fixes to me when my central vacuum stopped working . It did turn out to be the foam filter needing to be rotated because it wasn't pushing a switch up high enough. Would highly recommend!
