I always feel welcomed here by the owners and staff. My technician who has done my nails for years, I have known her for a long time has always given phenomenal service! She is very warm and friendly, and professional. Her expertise, and knowledge of the nails anatomy and physiology is out of this world! I am always blown away with her expertise in nail art and designs as well!
The place does good nails but i have experience a couple times me paying with my credit card and they taking alot more money that they suppose to. Ladies check your card when you get out there . I was charged $30 dollars over my card .
Instead of buffing my nails to a shine, they were filed rough. Hated the manicure. The pedicure was ok.
Specialties: They push for the upsale even after your requested service. And the specialties are rushed so there is no relaxed feeling.
Cleanliness: There is a coating of acrylic dust everywhere, even though there is a system to remove the dust connected to every manicure station. Nail polish and acrylic stains everywhere.
