Dr. Ly has seen me for many years. If I had to guess, almost 2 decades? Since I was a kid and first needed glasses, he's the only one who has got my prescription right. He is kind, patient, listens to you, and knows what he's doing. I've had problems with other eye doctor businesses (insurance changed, had to see others) who gave me bad prescriptions. He even took the time to look at the bad glasses to tell me what was wrong with them. I don't know what I'll do when either I move away or he retires! I visited the vision center at Walmart Naugatuck yesterday. What a great experience!! I was helped by Tatyana a very knowledgeable and so nice to deal with person. I left extremely satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely come back and recommend your vision department. Thank you very much Tatyana.

Amazing experience with Danny and Victoria at the Naugatuck vision center. They both are not only professional and personable but genuinely care about their customers. They each went above and beyond to get me the best eyeglasses! Victoria helped me understand what may be incorrect with my current prescription. Danny spent time helping me find the perfect new frame and adjusting my old frame. He gave me his honest opinion on what looks best for my face and I really appreciate that. In addition, he noted an error on the new lenses and ordered corrected lenses, which came in very quickly. This definitely made a positive difference in my vision.
