Our recent visit was an excellent experience. The facility was spotless including the spacious waiting area. We had minimal wait time. My elderly mother was being treated. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, patient, respectful, knowledgeable & compassionate. We never felt rushed or as if we were an imposition. Our provider Sarah PA & our MA ( I’m so upset I can’t remember her name!!) were so lovely & excellent & persevered until my mother’s treatment was complete, all the while being sure she was comfortable.Thank you to everyone!
I made an appointment for 4:30 on Saturday and was takin in on time. The staff is very friendly. The doctor was well informed about the previous medications I was prescribed from an earlier visit and listened to my explanation of my symptoms. She prescribed just what I needed and two days after my visit I am feeling great. Very pleased with both my visits
Great reception when I had to go in on Friday 12/29/23 due to me not feeling well due to being coughing for over a month. Reception was cordial nurses were great and I’m feeling better. Thanks very much for Everything. I fully recommend trinity health.
