Fantastic! A relaxing space that offers many kinds of Yoga and strengthening classes. If you are looking for knowledgeable instructors who care, this is the place for you. I had never done yoga before and from my first conversation with Tanya , I knew that this was something I wanted to do and could do. Not only is Tanya inspirational, she also takes my physical abilities into consideration, gently teaching, encouraging and ultimately has me seeing improvement in what I am able to do. It is unlike my aerobic past and requires me to be present in class....meaning, I find myself concentrating on each movement . It is an hour and a quarter that requires me to think about what I'm doing and put everything else aside. I encourage anyone who is thinking about yoga, to try it and to keep coming.
