Adama's massages are by far the best I've ever had! Massage therapists are trained professionals but Adama brings in so more. She is guided by her spot-on intuition and knows what will help you the most. She is truly a gifted healer and treats you as a whole person, not just working on the trouble spot you may have. Her calm and caring demeanor made me feel relaxed and I felt a weight lift every time I've seen her. We live in such a fast-paced world that I wholeheartedly recommend carving out time to take care of yourself by booking an appointment with Adama.

I had an incredible experience with Adama and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that her approach was very different from a typical massage therapist. She took the time to really observe and listen, and her knowledge of the body was truly impressive.
What stood out most to me was her ability to identify areas of concern simply by looking at my posture, body alignment, and overall presentation.
