Met him on a Saturday night emergency call. he returned my call in less than 10 minutes from calling the emergency line, came by within 90 minutes and had the precious part in his truck to fix it within an hour!
We are new to house and heating system, he pointed out we had wrong compression tank size and could fall - and that would be bad!
He recommended servicing (which we were planning on and put off until now) the furnace and replacing the expansion to the correct size.. now it doesn't have any water!! He also showed us we were missing a filter.. which is why our basement smelled bad like oil!
